Pure Grid is designed with your privacy as a top priority. This privacy policy explains how we handle data in our application.

We do not collect any personal data. Pure Grid does not:

• Collect names, email addresses, or any personal information
• Track your location
• Access your contacts, photos, or other personal files
• Use analytics or tracking services
• Display advertisements
• Transmit any data to external servers

Local Data Storage

Pure Grid stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Game Statistics: Your game completion times, scores, difficulty levels, and number of games played
• App Preferences: Your theme preference (light/dark mode) and game settings
• Audio Assets: Sound effects stored within the app for gameplay

This data never leaves your device and is stored using standard iOS local storage mechanisms (UserDefaults). You can delete all stored data at any time by deleting the app.

Required Reason APIs

Pure Grid uses the following iOS APIs for core functionality:

• File Timestamp API: To access audio files (sound effects) stored within the app
• UserDefaults API: To save your game statistics and preferences locally on your device

These APIs are used solely for app functionality and do not enable any form of tracking or data collection.

Third-Party Services

Pure Grid does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The app operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection.

Children's Privacy

Pure Grid is safe for users of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information, there are no special considerations for children's privacy under COPPA or similar regulations.

Data Security

All data stored by Pure Grid remains on your device and is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We do not have access to any data stored on your device.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• View Data: All your statistics are visible in the app's Statistics screen
• Delete Data: You can clear all statistics from the Settings screen, or delete the app to remove all data
• No Account Required: Pure Grid does not require account creation or login

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Pure Grid after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
